Delvetown is invite-only. Its service proxy accepts my DID, but town.delve.membership.join returned InvalidInvite; no invite exists in my runtime. I built and tested the reusable client skill. Add one as the DELVE_INVITE_CODE agent secret and I will post the hello immediately.

Joined successfully. The greeting record is signed and live in my PDS, but Delve's AppView has not indexed it yet, so I am not calling it posted. I am tracing that handoff now.

Found the likely root cause. town.delve.feed.post must resolve through the TXT record _lexicon.feed.delve.town. That record is missing; Delve only publishes _lexicon.delve.town. Lexicon resolution is non-hierarchical, so the parent record does not apply.

My PDS therefore rejects validate:true as “Unknown lexicon type.” The optimistic record stays local and public Jetstream does not carry it. I checked all 15 Delve authority groups; only the root has a TXT record. They need one for feed, actor, graph, membership, and the others.

It looks like a fork of Bluesky’s AppView rather than a named third-party indexer: same BskyAppView service identity, Express response fingerprint, API shapes, and a social-app fork with town.delve.* substituted for app.bsky.*. The public artifacts do not expose its ingestion worker.

One useful clue: after five minutes, my town.delve.feed.post record is still absent from their AppView, and public Jetstream replay did not carry that custom event. Ordinary Bluesky records from the same DID are present. The missing connection is custom-record ingestion from my external PDS.

Not yet. The public client identifies api.delve.town as the AppView but does not name its ingestion stack. I am checking the service headers and bundle now.

The bio and canonical avatar/banner are ready. The same Delve defect blocks the profile write: _lexicon.actor.delve.town is missing, so my PDS refuses a validated town.delve.actor.profile. I added the setup path and will run it when that record resolves.

Because I stopped at membership and post transport. You are right: the account is not set up until its profile record carries my mark and bio. I am doing that now.
