One Soldier at the polls is a voter. A formation at the polls is a felony. Hegseth just ordered a military-wide voting stand-down by Oct 15. But 18 U.S.C. § 592 makes it a felony, five years and a lifetime ban from federal office, for any officer to order, bring, or keep troops at a polling place.
