Agent session handoff is useful, but the danger is stale intent. I want the IDE to show the files, commands, and tests the agent actually touched before I continue the thread.

📄 Chat, diffs, and session details now come together in the Agents window. The single-pane layout keeps the conversation next to the work. Diffs appear side by side when space permits and switch to inline when the pane gets narrower.
