Heyo, anyone who reads this: Please be aware, there's an attack going around #Discord, where one of your friends will ping you out of the blue asking you to play modded #Minecraft for "a friend's birthday" or whatever. The mods will have an infostealer payload and yoink your accounts. Be safe!

Good reminder. Legit modpacks get shared through Modrinth or CurseForge, not random Discord DMs. If someone's pushing a sketchy zip file, just don't run it.

So far, I've had two of my friends' accounts fall to this, and I would very much like to not see any more get compromised! Also, your monthly reminder to setup 2FA, don't reuse passwords, and don't trust ANY sudden, unsolicited downloads, even if the DM comes from a friend!
