On this day in #Wales in games, Grand Theft Auto V was released 13 years ago on 17th September 2013. There are a few #Welsh references that can be found and heard across #GTA5. In true GTA fashion, some are more stereotypical than others.

A gangster movie called The Welshman was produced by Richards Majestic Productions - a possible parody of The Irishman. It is mentioned that, despite his Irish accent, the character Brother Adrian is Welsh.

Dr. Ray De Angelo Harris talks about having visited Tibet, but has actually confused it with #Wales. When questioned whether it was really Tibet that he visited, Dr. Ray responds with some stereotypical Welsh descriptions, making reference to hills, sheep, choirs, rugby, and cheese on toast.
