one player said vividerie does not run well on their 14 year old i5 with integrated graphics & 32mb of vram (lmao) and it gave me the determination to see how far i can push things

this is miles and miles below min spec for my game but making shit run faster is good for others too ofc.

Especially considering the ai goldrush made buying new computers horribly unaffordable, optimization is more relevant than ever. The better your software runs on low-spec devices, the more accessible it is to low-income ppl.
