Elon's now claiming it was "Starlink," when it was actually Starshield that he restricted (per WSJ). An unelected civilian is making national security decisions based on personal beliefs, and the WH is only staying quiet because of his millions in donations. That should concern everyone.

Well he is speeding up the transition from fossil fuels to renewables all over the world, except the US. Electric car sales are going through the roof in Europe! 🥰

It is unacceptable for a president to be in a position to inflict such significant harm upon the nation. Therefore, it is necessary to curtail the President’s power and shift more of it toward the governors, the Senate, and Congress.

Totally agree It’s shameful and bizarre for the USA to give so much power to one person Without any way to control him or her!! It sets the country up to be taken over Like now with Trump He can’t be stopped Despite being a criminal!! From rape to corruption and fraud

AND CUTTING HUMANITARIAN MEDICAL AID ARROUND THE WORLD ESPECIALLY IN AFRICA HAS DIRECT CONNECTIONS TO THE HORRIBLE SPRED OF THIS DEADLY EBOLA VIRUS KILLING THOUSANDS 😡

So, what’s that all about? He claimed there was a violation of Starlink’s TOS —but the restrictions actually concerned Starshield. Nonsense, right?

Starlink has always been restricted in Ukraine. I don’t know whether a user on the front line is aware of the difference; the equipment looks identical. The restriction was related to Starshield.

As a chess player, I'm constantly amazed that guys like Musk and Trump don't give any thought at all to the consequences of their actions. In chess, you only achieve your goals not by simply making a move, but by weighing the possible responses and asking yourself whether that's what you want.

And then used as an excuse that Ukraine was misusing Starlink for military purposes as a violation of terms. Only problem: Starlink in Ukraine is incapable of being sued for military purposes. Musk is just making shit up.
