A coalition of 14 news organizations on Tuesday asked the federal judge overseeing the lawsuit of the Maryland resident who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador to unseal records of the proceedings surrounding efforts to return him to the United States.

Could that first sentence alone be more dishonest and misleading? Maryland resident = illegal immigrant and MS13 gang member who beat his wife mistakenly deported = deliberately deported while also making an irrelevant clerical error (the gang he claimed to be in fear of no longer exists).

Trump is the only President on record who failed to sustain the approval of the majority of Americans for the first 100 days of his Presidency. Republican Fascist hysteria is because they know Trump’s 39% approval signals they will lose the House and Senate in 2026. Impeachment and removal follows.

There is no expectation of “due process” for a non-citizen. There is no tolerance (zero) for a member of a known terrorist organization that snuck into this country. There is no sympathy for the false narratives portrayed by the Left.
