The judge in the Lindsay Clancy trial has denied a defense request to hold an evidentiary hearing on the one juror who did not agree with the others, resulting in a mistrial last month.

She’s gonna have to sue. This judge should step aside at this point. It’s too many strikes against his decisions at this point. He’s becoming a side show.
