Unfortunately they’ve thought of that one as well and specified that single sex facilities must be available. It really is just how can they screw over trans people as much as possible.

Jesus…we’re fighting similar issues in the states and it’s getting ridiculous. The majority of people are liberal and if we could all find a common cause that would unite us all and return to being allies devoted to democratic values of freedom and equality and friends who will go to war with you.

What would be the point in that? There is no incentive for places which currently have separate male/female facilities to create another set. Would make more sense to take out the whole lot and make all facilities neutral.
