Do speakers have to be resident in the UK? Or is it just that you can't afford to pay the travel from outside the UK? Just curious innit..

Anyone from within the EU works for us! Flights tend to be around the same cost as trains in the UK.

Ha, guess that's true, especially with our friend Ryanair. I was going on the text in your /speak page under Travel: "As all speakers are based in the UK this is mainly train travel."
