What operating system? Might it be caused by a theme/extension? (you can use troubleshoot mode to open without these things)

Oh for reference I use Windows 11 (10.0.26200 Build 26200). And the extensions I have installed shouldn't mess with it? I use the default theme `System Theme - auto`

So... turning on troubleshoot mode and then restarting back to normal somehow fixed it (maybe temporarily) but not sure yet
