Tragically, this entire litter of puppies was dumped and has since contracted parvovirus at the shelter. We want to give them the best chance at surviving and thriving. They are very tiny but also very brave and you can help them below ❤️‍🩹 15outof10.org/patrick-popp...

How on earth can they contract parvovirus at a shelter ?

Other dogs that were dumped and carried it. I doubt the puppies were vaccinated by the people who dumped them. The small amount of time that the puppies were brought in and exposed before being vaccinated themselves is more than enough.

If you’re not going to eat it, don’t breed it

Was rescued over 14 years ago and caught parvovirus as a pup too. Stay strong little friendos! Hopefully you can pay your good fortune forward like I do by helping to deliver #mealsonwheels in VA with my dark furred best friendo. #Dogs #AdoptDon'tShop
