I just found out my youngest niece had a miscarriage, would have been her third child. Obviously, for anyone with human empathy a terrible sad thing. I’m glad she lives here in Wisconsin where she does not have to endure a murder investigation.

It is horrific that sad but natural reproductive events are being criminalized. In all ancient traditions, including Christianity, the fetus is not a person until it’s breathing on its own. And miscarriages are God’s will, not the fault of the woman.
