2/ In 2022 NC-13 was drawn by the courts as a fair district that could have gone either way. I flipped it from red to blue, one of only six seats in the country to do that, winning by about 9,000 votes.

5/ Like I told AP, the biggest divide I found in Congress wasn't Democrat vs. Republican. It was safe seats vs. competitive seats. When politicians pick their voters, they stop listening to the rest of us.
