.... anyone who actually goes to Chicago from O'Hare more than once learns you just cross the street and take the blue line to Chicago. The ride shares are obscene.

You're welcome. Specifically there are signs for the transit hub in the middle where the buses are. Below is subway access to the Blue Line with a transit pass kiosk. After seeing how easy it was, I will never use a car service again.
