large gaggle of mobsters decided federal law don’t matter. cool. they are still on the hook for felonies that violate laws *on the books now* thank you for attending my seminar. 🎩 @cacojj.bsky.social @shannondrake.bsky.social

bragging on violating federal law probably feels exhilarating to the lifelong mobster, bless him. still #OnTheHook for laws as-written today babes. 🎩 @hayleyml.bsky.social bsky.app/profile/jayf...

clip from @montemader.bsky.social deserves wider attention. Billy Barr's unmarked goon squads "kept the peace" (they were muscled agitators) during #GeorgeFloyd protests, which was a system test and #DryRun another 🎩 to superb receipt/bone collector @hayleyml.bsky.social bsky.app/profile/thet...

ICE fucksticks in Nashville: "these masked federal officers who are not announcing themselves—who do not have probably cause and do not have warrants—ARE BREAKING THE LAW" @montemader.bsky.social hey fellas! yeah, still #OnTheHook for laws as-written today 🧢 @thetnholler.bsky.social

Christian extremists are conflating Constitutional Law with Bible interpretation. that is, crazy Aunt Linda & Donny's other goons hide behind false claim "we're following laws" when said laws ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SAY what they claim 🧢 @trcfwtt.bsky.social bsky.app/profile/atru...

clip from @slotkin.senate.gov is EXACTLY what I mean: dead-end doofus Kristi (whose only job prospect post-DHS destruction is Heritage) falsely defined #HabeusCorpus and lied AGAIN here Puppy Killer's *interpretation* does not change laws as they are written.

UPDATE: ICE goons impersonating utility workers to gain access to a home IS ILLEGAL…and any consent given is invalid laws as-written don’t suddenly change just cuz Dear Leader is a rapist-felon and DHS Barbie is a dolt www.reddit.com/r/IBEW/s/CVl...

like I totally get Nosferatu is putting a 🔫 to Brownshirts' heads demanding more arrests but ICE breaking the law to please Nazi Slenderman Steve Miller is still breaking the law (oh and I fixed Daily Beast's subhead) BIG 🧢 @norby36.bsky.social

🔥 ICE memo from 2005 (typed up by Dubya's *acting* director, naturally) approves 👍🏻 conduct by officers that amounts to unlawful search and seizure not the justification they think it is, but okay. ginormous 🎩 to @always-confused.bsky.social bsky.app/profile/alwa...

sorry but it's just a HUGE fucking deal, an official U.S. agency (nominally contributing to the "greatest democracy on earth") making unlawful deception AN OFFICIAL POLICY TAUGHT TO AGENTS is this a hot mic? hello?? WTAFF @annabower.bsky.social or @muellershewrote.com: did you know about this?

reminds me of the flimsy memo DOJ, cited over and over, that "presidents shan't be indicted" if ICE is relying on a dodgy piece of paper that came outta one of the most-disgraced administrations in history for these "activities"? this whole thing's even dumber than we thought

UPDATE 2: fascists believe deleting sections of Constitution off the internet means 💨 POOF 💨 they no longer apply supremely dumb even for that lot. via my @trumpfile.org colleague @narcolepticnerd.bsky.social narcolepticnerd.com/2025/08/06/u...

FEDERAL LAWS AS-WRITTEN don't change because ICE Barbie wishes they said something else - and - the Constitution doesn't change after illegal edits to an online document

latest example: Donny's Brownshirts believe they can lawfully deny congressmen and women the right to oversight and imprison them at their will they do not have that right. 🧢 @johnmoffitt.bsky.social bsky.app/profile/kelo...

"people aren't illegal—actions are" @keshiajanay.bsky.social's Skeet is important for this here thread because Donny's mob is trying to torque justice to suit racist/dominionist beliefs seeking asylum is not a crime. no person is illegal. 🎩 @annie1x.bsky.social bsky.app/profile/kesh...

circling the airport on this update so here’s the “pride of Indiana” Micah Beckwith with absolutely NO CLUE what #DueProcess means wishing something to be law is not the same as actual law www.reddit.com/r/PublicFrea...

Why is he wearing his little brother's jacket?
