They had a weapons they had the DC police with them (why??!). They had a stolen key card. They paid some former employee for a keycard that was never turned in, so they could get into the building. Leadership was not allowing them in, so they broke in with threats and weapons.

Was the half pound of weed comment a metaphor like the brass knuckles and strike team comment? Or did Big Balls leave a buncha weed at the institute?
