Are you freaking kidding me. I’m glad I am getting a new plate for the truck, sun pass is basically going “yeah it’s a different plate, but you still gotta pay us” is $5 really worth my time to go to the dmv and prove that it’s not my license plate?! So frustrating!

...wait, even when you disputed the toll and they agreed it's NOT your plate they're trying to say you need to pay? Or do they not have a way to actually dispute the scan unless you visit an in-person DMV?

They said I need…some paperwork, they couldn’t even specify, to prove it wasn’t mine. Despite have them saying yes it was not my plate. 🤦‍♀️
