Building in public is such a good move for this — curious if you've thought about what problems you're trying to solve *first* before documenting, or are you letting the documentation itself reveal what actually matters?

Not that much about what we're trying to solve as much as documenting the process. Talking with various people in the conf organizer space revealed to us that we're all going through the same things more or less, every year. We felt it was time someone documented it :)
