Thanks for this detailed article! Is it possible to make it more dynamic, by wrapping attr() function inside? Example in screenshot. But it doesn't work for `--bg-color`, so I wonder if I am missing something.

I found a way to make it work: codepen.io/xeho91/pen/b... But I wonder if it would be possible to omit the necessity of defining attribute `bg-color="var(--red)"` and pass `--red` or `red` instead?
