Just hit my one-year mark at Linear 2024 was packed with projects and other contributions, but I'm even more excited for what's coming next. I reflected on the lessons I learned about design, collaboration, and growth in this article: yannglt.com/writing/lin...

Instead of writing for the others, I decided this time to write for myself, my younger self. Not the usual 30 things I wish I knew before 30, but more like one of the articles I wish I read ~15 years ago when I started creating things on the Internets.

I initially planned to release this article six months ago but I wasn't able to fully articulate what my experience was at this point so far. I didn't do much introspection and it only felt like an enhanced version of a track record.

I'm pretty sure some details are missing here, but these are the points that came to my mind when trying to reflect on this year at Linear. Of course, it doesn't fully grasp what 2024 was for me, but that's for another article.
