RDJ has effectively eliminated FDA approval for vaccines

IMHO the catch is that trials like that cannot be approved by ethic boards, so no new vaccines will even get to the point of being eligible for FDA approval. Evil and dumb, perfectly on brand for Mr. evil and dumb.

Not completely, for new vaccines I think there should still be a way, but only a matter of time until he finds some dumb fuck big brainworm strategy for that as well.
