Would different scale help?

10 years ago I spoke with Dr. Mann about the need for scientists to address and discuss local risks so that individuals can prepare for what's here. He agreed but I don't see it happening locally. Personally, we moved 8 years ago after our risk analysis. Many lives are going to be destroyed now.
