Originally I was thinking about making this more dramatic, with like fire and smoke in the background but this wasn't an epic battle where I could fight back, just a paralyzing darkness that took my home and I was helpless to do anything. The light from the GBA symbolizes my life goes on though.

Thank fuck for the things that were saved (my pc and VR), without that I would truly be rotting away and have no hope left. My workfiles are so important to me and I had a backup drive in my bedroom, but you don't think about things like that when there's a fire going on.
