bluesky's terrible API doesn't hydrate posts in notifications, but it does hydrate full profiles instead of the basic view

the notification API hydrates: - full profile views. does not hydrate: - author's posts - posts for replies, quotes and mentions - posts for likes and reposts via repost

why does it just insert raw records sometimes instead of hydrated views is Beyond me. and you would want postView to be used for All posts, so you could have a simple cache for all posts, but with this, you have to have a cache for the record and the view Which also holds the Record.

am i missing something really obvious bc that feels wrong
