I don't know how many people actually follow what I do, with the webcomics and gamedev and all, but I figured I should mention I've been taking some time to find myself again. I burnt myself out and scattered my focus too erratically and have felt atomized, lost and "behind" on things as a result.

If you actively seek updates on my projects, you've probably picked up on me being on an unannounced break. This has been me trying to step back, collect myself, and find ways to re-approach what I do without feeling as overwhelmed and rework things into a structure I feel more comfortable with.

It's an ongoing effort. I still feel pretty lost, isolated and stagnant in a lot of ways, but I am chipping away at it. My current focus has been to clear my existing art WIPs so I can have less ongoing at once and ideally feel more "free" when it comes to drawing.

After that, I want to get back into things more. I want to figure out how to make Synodic Link more of a regular thing, and how to really kick off Runecrossed development, and do all kinds of other projects along the way. How to make my characters' personalities and what they do shine more in art.

Anyway, I still have more to go before I can really start getting back into it all more again, but I think this has been a worthwhile break. If you've read this and have continued to stick around for the things I make, I really appreciate it.
