I'm perplexed why it feels like pulling teeth to get VRChat/Resonite etc to implement AI labeling. Steam made AI disclosure mandatory in January 2024 and it's been totally fine.

Yeah, and it's kind of a nothingburger PR statement plus a creator guidelines change that doesn't mention AI and doesn't even have the balls to use the word "must": > Content should accurately represent what a user will experience.

If it's really THAT much of a concern that you might alienate AI-users then at least give us a no-AI label instead. The AI crowd wouldn't have to interact with it at all.

And if even that feels like an attack on AI users, then maybe consider how "100% renewable energy" labels make you feel.
