I'm curious if OpenAI actually is or intends to use trusted computing technologies to protect their model weights etc. when deployed into a cloud under the DoD's control. I haven't found any confirmation or denials.

The question emerged from comparing and contrasting training "Constitutional AI" into the model versus using more checks and guidance at inference time, as I understand OpenAI does, which is easier to just turn off or tweak.
