I can't help but suspect their motives, given how impossible it is to curate the political slop out of the discover feed without using drastic measures. of all the social media platforms I've used, bluesky is the most resistive to my actual tastes and wants, though I haven't used X post-buyout

theoretically only constrained by the max request size configured in the backend. it's not considered different from the request body etc. though some http server/reverse proxy may put a lower bound on the url itself it's considered a bad design practice though. ruins the point of a hyperlink
