Came up with some Tiramisu variations last night. Raspberry, Coconut/Raffaello and Coffee Biscoff. All tasted really good, very pleased with my adhoc desserting. All use egg + mascapone base for the cream.

Laser welder is great for a quick little tack without much setup but maybe I'll stick to cutting the wire with it and not try to melt the end after I crimped it..
