MacOS Tahoe, you're drunk, go home. Seen more graphics related bugs this year than in decades of using Macs combined. Last week, the application switcher icons wouldn't go away. Hoping things improve given Mr. Handbag has finally been sacked but I'm guessing we'll just get more AI garbage

Seriously, Apple. How, twenty five years into an operating system's development, do you fuck up "draw a list of files." Consider that these days a not-insignificant number of the people working on MacOS are making enough money to create generational wealth in a decade.
