I thought ICE was supposed to be deporting criminals? Cleaning up the streets? I guess if DOJ gets this data, then there will be no more undocumented violent criminals to round up? They can't even keep their sorry straight

Disgusting that the Attorney-General (of all people in this sick sick Government) would, effectively, blackmail Minnesota. Beyond belief that neither she, nor anyone in her Office or Department, failed to see the illegality of this grubby political manoeuvre.

It is lawless fascist dictatorship terrorizing we the people. The Constitution contains no immunity for the POTUS, much less masked thugs in unmarked vehicles shooting citizens on the streets in broad daylight. The Constitution has been nullified with the fed gov’s authority to govern. #NQNQ247

Aaron, does Minnesota have enough information at this point to issue arrest warrants for the ICE thugs who committed this murder? My casual observation suggests that they do. Arresting them would be inflammatory, but leaving them free surrenders state sovereignty to illegal/treasonous martial law.

I've been an election judge and a head judge. Elections in #MN are tight, safe, and secure. Judge training is thorough and there are checks and balances hourly during & then after elections. The process to validate same-day voters is multi-layered with very, very few, if any, illegitimate voters.

State elections are not broken. Some issues but not an egregious number. They're trying to suspend them under the Insurrection Act perhaps (ICE and CBP escalations) and they're messing with the process (mail-in voting, gerrymandering, perhaps ICE and CBP at voting places to intimidate voters).

Democrats must filibuster the pending DHS appropriations bill. They could try to cut the department’s multi-year appropriations. They could get DHS forces out of Minnesota by stopping the expenditure of funds for deployments. They could require the consent of state authorities to deploy the forces.

This is way beyond pulling funding unless states comply w/demands the fed govt can’t legally make. This is occupying a city & executing ppl unless they comply w/demands the fed govt cannot lawfully make. It’s a war on MN, on our system of federal sovereignty, and on the Bill of Rights. Treason.

And I mean that in literal, legal terms. bsky.app/profile/samh...

Chief Justice John Marshall, writing for the Supreme Court in 1807: "If...the gov't established by the US in any of its territories, was to be revolutionized by force...the design was unquestionably treasonable, and and assemblage of men for that purpose would amount to a levying of war"

She thought she was going to be cute sending that letter. Their problem now is they truly believe they can get away with anything. We need those GD democrats to grow a spine and stand strong! Shut it all down! Your rationale is safety of our cities! Never wait for republicans to grow a spine.
