This morning I got my copy of @adhd-alien.bsky.social 's Feeling Like an ADHD Alien. I'm already a hundred pages in and alternating between crying and running upstairs to show my husband pages that explain my brain better than I've ever been able to. 💙

I just put a hold on this at my local library. Maybe it'll help me understand my family members w/ ADHD as much as it helps your husband.

To be clear, he also has ADHD, but a different subtype. So some of it he gets, but he doesn't experience hyperactivity.
