your body may very well have been holding symptoms back so you COULD get caught up haha I used to manipulate my period all the time by talking to my body pushing my schedule around would make pain worse sometimes, but, "Dude, we're going to the beach" worked a statistically relevant amount 🙃

I started my period today and it sucks 😭

Ugh! I always seem to get my period when I get sick. The worst!

Ugggghhhh that sucks! Usually for me the flu happens before or after the period so I dunno which is worse. Stay hydrated and take plenty of naps for your recovery!

This happens to me more than I would like. I feel ya.
