One of the paintings that was stolen was this one, framed. It’s big - like 15x20”. I’ve been tasked with putting together an inventory, which is an awful thing to do. I’m grateful that I have five paintings in my apartment on my walls, but for some reason I stored this one.

I struggled to contain my rage this past week reading about the Cornell Seven. Rage towards men who use the degradation of women as a bonding activity. Rage towards the cowards who stay silent and perpetuate the system they benefit from.

#Boktober 03 Ref of "Chunkbutt" provided by @razzlesdazzle.bsky.social It's hard to get that much detail into a quick sketch but I gave it a shot. I also gave her a tree to sit in, though not sure I captured the chunkness while trying to fit the sketch into such a small space.

Summer is nearly over and I had an eventful one. This is a painting I did years ago for a competition and my niece modeled for it. I hadn’t seen her in many years and it was a reminder how time is fleeting. ‘Frome Me to You’ Sumi and watercolor 2018 (I think)
