It’s unconstitutional

Will there be (at least) 3 republicans with enough integrity, spine, fidelity to the constitution and/or their oath to vote against the bill? I'm not confident.

Ironically, the House just signed their death warrant. Trump wants to be king and God of the USA. if he is allowed to keep these bills and laws passing then there will be no congress, Supreme Court, etc--only his word to rule and Eric Trump as president in 2028.

I dont believe the courts would view this as constitutional though the administration would use it as cover for their actions.

not only no security, but no security (ie bond) that only follows FRCP Rule 65(c). It also stop s nominal bonds.
