Losing special treatment isn't discrimination. Voices of color deserve to be heard as much as any white person, but that doesn't mean they deserve to be magnified over them.

There Is absolutely nothing we can do. Impeachment is useless because there hasn’t never been a SINGLE conviction in the entire history of the Senate. If you are impeached, you are guaranteed 100% acquittal. In the worst cases, surviving impeachment IMPROVES your political career.

The only way to reform the courts is to have the Democrats to have control of both the White House and the Senate. Which is a big problem, because the Democratic party is dying, there is going to be a permanent 70-30 GOP advantage in the Senate in the next ten years.

Thomas will never retire, and if he does, his successor will a safe conservative seat on the court. If you think a 6-3 majority is bad (and it is), we absolutely will have a 7-2 majority by the end of the decade. Sotomayor is the next RBG unfortunately.

I for one am good with this. With the current map, D may gain 2 seats in TX in 2026. With the new map, it could be 6+ D seats. This map weakens safe R seats to create R leaning seats. If the election is D+13, all of the R leaning seats go D, including the new ones and previously untouchable R ones

Also, I think there are a lot of Texans pissed about this that are going to show up to prove a point. Doing my part to empower them to use their voices. 💯

The worst part about this decision is they didn't actually make a ruling on the case. They simply lifted the stay invoked by the district court. They don't even have the courage to put their names on a ruling.
