Remember when we used to watch those movies about the future where they could make it look like someone committed a crime by altering the evidence to beyond a newly accepted version of "reasonable doubt"? All the tools necessary to make those movies a reality, are currently here with us today.

Wow, so some lawyer or police officer swore a criminal offence based on nothing more than a hit on a computer? No supervisor, justice/judge said you don't have enough to lay the charge? Failure on many levels. Sue them into oblivion.

Your client was most fortunate. “Clerical Error” is usually the MO cited for public assassination broad daylight with a shotgun blast in the face. But my question would be why your police are aiding and abetting criminal murders we have learned to expect from ICE. R ur police all KKK in Florida?

It’s been proven, over and over again, that humans have difficulty distinguishing between humans who are NOT 👎 in their own ethnicity, ESPECIALLY if they do not live/hang around on a regular basis with that other ethnicity. It’s not 👎 racism. It’s familiarity. Our brains 🧠 are wired that way.
