Well it’s happening right now in the military -women and POC being fired for being women and POC

Prepare for the EEOC to be completely nonresponsive and for charged party to refuse to cooperate with the federal investigation. Was my experience from 2023 until yesterday when my right to sue letter expired due to no lawyer nor org like ACLU responding over the last 3 years.

They (maga school system) believe you can choose to be gay, you can choose to be trans - but damn now intersex is a choice to them?! Seriously, these people are just sick. In the heart and in the head! Get 'em ACLU!!

As far as I understand, intersex is a biological phenotype, not a choice! Discrimination for sure.

PLEASE, please get the terms right. The ACLU has royally screwed us (intersex folks, like myself) over in past arguments and court filings, especially at SCOTUS. Intersex is not an "identity"!!! They were fired because of their sex and genetics (GINA). www.eeoc.gov/genetic-info...

A damning indictment on St. John’s County School district, Superintendent-Coward Brennen Asplan, and the Florida government in general for continuing to double down against the ACLU, and not admitting that Shepard Scalf was wrongfully terminated. “Shit happens”when bigots and cowards run things.

I don't actually know what that means, only that it's a natural phenomenon. What business is it of anyone? I can't imagine ever needing my English teacher's sex life hung out to dry. Definite discrimination and violation of privacy to boot.
