Not for good, for the time being! Read Justice Kavanaugh's argument. His logic effectively leaves the door open for Congress. If a future Congress wants to limit or alter who gets birthright citizenship, they could theoretically pass a new law to change those statutes.

This is not a victory when SCOTUS follows the constitution... This is not a victory when 4 Justices voted against... time for SCOTUS expansion, ethics requirements, etc. & only going to happen when old/elite Dems retire/leave/ voted out or repeat of doing nothing aka Dems had Biden, House & Senate!
