I think two things can be correct at the same time: 1) The US Administration will do everything they can to interfere 2) it's absolutely necessary for everyone who wants a change to go vote My Opinion from the outside

I've been a poll worker since 2018 and proud to be. Worked a long day yesterday. But it's worth it to help insure our elections are done right. I trust the existing system fully and am insulted that they try and make it like it isn't safe.

You don't want your poll book and the tabulator to not equal. The poll workers are responsible for all the paperwork and we have to make a note of anything that happens.

I mean they were secure. I am confident Trump will try to rig them or refuse to certify them.

We vote by mail in WA. The federalist society did an investigation of each state. Between 2008 and 2024, there were 6 incidents of voter fraud. Oh the horror.

Why not audit elections as a normal practice? That would let everyone see instead of relying on faith in institutions, which does not have a good track record right now.

Was a poll worker 30 years ago. Had to keep the copies of the voters signatures for 8 years incase there were any questions. We guarded them carefully, then shredded then. Glad to have mail in voting here now!

I serve as an election officer in my county. Through training and experience, I can see how carefully the system has been created. And every state and county are different, so anyone trying to hack it must work on multiple systems. We do not want a single national system that's easy to hack.

I work the polls and find it extremely rewarding to serve. Poll workers are the backbone of elections.

All these people making these claims about fraud have never worked an election. If they had, they would know how secure our elections are.

I realize states are different but when I was trained as a poll worker it was excellent training and it was very clear how many checks and balances exist throughout the process to ensure elections are fair, all eligible voters are able to vote, and the counts are accurate. We’re good at this.

When Trump called for his "Army of Poll Watchers", my Wife and I decided we needed to get involved and have been working the polls ever since. If anyone thinks their elections are bogus, I suggest they volunteer and find out for themselves.

I have signed up 3 times now, I think. Maybe 4. And I have never been contacted about working. Everyone says they need poll workers. Perhaps in my particular area they are staffed. I kind of want to learn the process. 🤷‍♂️

I became an election worker for several election cycles. I did it because there were rumors about elections not being secure. I was happily surprised that election workers of both parties were extremely diligent in making sure the election was honestly held. They also work from 5 am to midnight.

I don’t believe that. Trump winning all seven swing states in 2024 and just enough votes in states in which he was polling behind in 2016 suggest otherwise.

I’m a poll judge, and I guarantee you, elections are fair and accurate. There are many checks and balances in the system. They are fair whether your candidate wins or loses. Every American should work a poll at least one time, then maybe they won’t so easily believe the lies of a felon in chief.

Our city elections yesterday had no negative consequences they went fine. But, not many ppl were voting!! 😐 Very important voting starts with our own city government representation. Who we choose matters to our communities. Hopefully ppl will show up in November. But the 🍊 💩 should be impeached now

I’ve been working at the poll since 2020. There are many checks and balances. Musk may have turned the election, but it was with money, social media and nefarious actions to influence voters. The voting machines are secure.

I work Monday through Friday so I can't volunteer as a poll worker. Sometimes I barely have time to get in to vote.
