Being a spoiler is only a viable strategy when all agree to honor the same rules. With Trump in power, spoilers are his useful idiots.

Many have a special interest which is so much more important than other special interests, they will not subordinate. Few know the horror of war, except, possibly, through a questionable empathy. It is a privilege.

The word has been out since Neville Chamberlain. The problem is that this category of politician generally sees their work as a 9 to 5, colour by numbers affair where they just show up, appear busy without rocking the boat, then go home for dinner.

Dear Legislators: Just because we don't call your office and tell you what we want you to do, does not mean we are not watching you. If 99% of your constituents called and said "Do wrong" that does not mean you should do it. You know better. Do better. We are watching. See you in the booth.

My final straw came long before the Presidency. Long before The Apprentice (never saw a minute of it). My final straw was ownership of, and pride in a golden toilet.

If I were worried about the Epstein/Trump files, I would flood the internet with fake inculpatory pictures & videos.

We always cooperate to compete, but we rarely compete to cooperate. If I were POTUS, I would issue pardons to all with a net value of less than X who refused to pay taxes to the federal government during the Trump Administration. And I would declare war on problems, not countries or people.

The hope of the Epstein files is that the contents would turn his supporters from him to us. Even if true, what kind of people are we, relying upon them for our saving?

Trump will bring out the best in us. I am not sure if our best will be good enough. Hitler brought out the best in us. We cleansed our pallet and spit. But it was hard and much was destroyed and many were killed. The results were a big, but not perfect step forward. Do we have what it takes? 🤔

For the sake of argument, let's say guns will not get us out of this mess. I suppose those who agree have a plan. I'm doing my part. But question: Is part of the plan to spend resources advocating for gun control? How is that not supporting Trump?

Every time we use the word "MAGA" (which they made up), Republicans can run to shelter in the word "Republican". They like to divide us, and they like to divide them; but for different reasons. Republicans, all of them, own all of this shit. There is no "MAGA".

Since Republicans want all who are not them to be divided, & since Republicans race in to stir the pot whenever unity might appear in their opposition, how is one to know if divisive rhetoric is organic, or just a Republican plant? Wouldn't they say the same thing?

The opposite of a "doomer" is a "Charlie Brown". And guess what, Chuck? Your gullibility and naivety are no longer endearing or cute. Take Lucy out or join her. We've got tools to clean.

There are plenty of reasons to want peace. What Trump wants or does not want is NOT one of them. Do not calculate your action or inaction based upon what others tell you he wants or does not want.

If omnipotence arises later, can it then make itself as having arisen before?

I'm starting to see a lot of gun control posts on BlueSky. Trump united the gun freaks with the gun control freaks: Neither would take up arms against him. I've blocked Republicans on here just for the peace. Maybe I'll start blocking Trump's gun control supporters too, for the same reason.

Pedophilia = bad, but the only reason it's getting more mileage than all his other BS is, the left thinks the right might actually join together on this straw, making it the final one. It's telling: The left is again looking to the right for confirmation or alliance. We can't do this on our own?

Take names. (Rather than blather about evidence of complicity in giving Trump props, from now on, I'm just going to say "Take names". Shorthand for, remember who these fucks are/were when the time for reckoning comes.)

Every single effort to alleviate pain caused by Trump, helps Trump. I'm not taking sides, because I am conflicted at this point.
