Trump treats Ukraine the way he treated his small contractors: reneged on agreements, made falsely claim inadequate or incomplete work, & then refused to pay or underpaid. His position: take me to court because he knew the little guy couldn’t afford a prolonged court battle. That’s how he sees it.
