Galaxy-brain move from Anthropic: Undo the recent changes to rate limiting everyone hates (lol as if) & have "outages" more often. It's not like they compensate us for the time we couldn't use the product we're paying for. They can barely claim to have "two nines" uptime for ONE of these services.

98.72% sounds fine until you do the math and realize that's like 3.4 days of downtime in 90 days. on a paid product. and yeah the rate limit thing is wild, quietly making the plan worse while the status page says everything is operational
