Watching these slow-ass workers putting up the scaffolding makes me understand why this was named the "Center for the Performing Arts." Nary an award shall be presented tonight.

Oh great. Let's see how high we can make this scaffolding! There is NO reason it has to be eight feet higher than the lettering they are "supposed" to be removing.
