This really hurt because I was a Satoshi Kon fan before I was a Aronofsky fan and never put the 2+2 together. Man, I'm grateful for the info, but it does seem hacky af.

Joking aside, he has made some really good stuff but him lifting from other people’s work remains irksome

Pi, The Wrestler, Mother... Aronofsky made some great films. Whatever he wants with that A.I. stuff I do not know, but it looks bad.
