Moving to Absolute Flash, with Nick Robles. @artofnickrobles.bsky.social #NYCC #NYCC2026 #comicsky

Next up for discussion: Cyborg! Robles wanted to bring in more organic and corrupted cyborg aesthetics to take it in a new direction. Lean into anime extremes here and there; that's his biggest influence: anime. #NYCC #NYCC2026 @artofnickrobles.bsky.social #comicsky

Robles was more worried about Cyborg's design than Flash. Was stressing for weeks and wanted him to be perfect. He's so happy with the fan reaction. @artofnickrobles.bsky.social #NYCC #NYCC2026 #comicsky

Asking about Ray Palmer now. Jeff Lemire says he's a tell it like it is character, no sugarcoating. @jefflemire171.bsky.social #NYCC #NYCC2026 #comicsky

Time to talk about Green Lantern! Issue 19 a huge issue for the Absolute universe. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #GreenLantern

Kids love charts, they say. Kids love charts, they say. Sneak peek exclusive coming in a future issue: massive psychic revelation. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #comicsky

All the pieces are on the table, and we can start having them interact with each other. From Sinestro to Martian Manhunter. Kyle Rayner is coming... #NYCC #NYCC2026 #GreenLantern #comicsky

Scott Snyder telling a story. 4 years ago Al [Ewing] pitched Green Lantern to him, but Al had COVID and didn't remember the pitch the next day. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #comicsky

Che Grayson is onto Absolute Catwoman. "Scott and I built Catwoman to be on the rooftops up high, but Cassandra Cain to be on the streets, in the shadows" #NYCC #NYCC2026 #comicsky

Grayson said they are excited to pull layers off Selina. She's not a hero, she's not a villain. She's in survival mode. #NYCC #NYCC2026

Scott asked how it was to build out Catwoman. He said it's a joy to watch them build a better story that he could ever. Loves watching Che and Bengal run with it. #NYCC #NYCC2026 @ssnyder1835.bsky.social @bengalart.bsky.social

Scott Snyder shares how happy he is with the reaction fans have had with the Absolute Universe. Watching the surge around the absolute universe has been the greatest honor of his career. #NYCC #NYCC2026 @ssnyder1835.bsky.social

Scott Snyder says he's on Reddit, reading comments and listening to the fans. This year the absolute universe gets much wilder. We have our foundation, and it's going to get crazy. #NYCC #NYCC2026

Absolute Batman editor Katie Kubert takes the stage. They're bringing out Jason Aaron, Nick Dragotta, Hayden Sherman, Juan Ferrerya, and Frank Tieri. #NYCC #NYCC2026

All issue #25's will be oversized issues. #NYCC #NYCC2026

Scott is telling us what is coming in Absolute Batman. It's such a big twist; he really isn't going to spoil it. Scarecrow broke him down, but he's built himself back up. He's going straight after Grimm #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman

Batman is going to confront Grimm in his Manor! #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman #comicsky

Absolute Batman #25 is really epic, and stuff happens that changes the course of the book. Reveals a lot more about Joker. Issue 25 is 30 pages. Why did they need the extra space? Asking Nick Dragotta and Frank Martin... #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman @ssnyder1835.bsky.social

Dragotta - There's only 3 scenes in the whole issue. Pivotal momenta for the characters. Can't say much, doesn't want to spoil it. This is just the first iterations of the Joker #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman

Frank Martin is speaking - it's almost the same, but I'm a different organization. Had to be sure to have the Joker colors on the page. Trying to be true to the lore, but in a more immediate way. Using what we know to communicate. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman

Scott - The whole world has so much history and lore, we want to give a sense of the mythology. This is the 13th Ark, his masterpiece. Theyll be going all around the world to see other Arks. #NYCC @ssnyder1835.bsky.social #Batman #NYCC2026

Regarding Arks, one is devoted to dark magic; all are devoted to different Joker experiments. Expect lots of character reveals. Frank Tieri- this is a world tour of different Arks. These arks will affect the entire absolute universe, not just Barman #NYCC #NYCC2026 @franktieri.bsky.social

They say the last page will be the most talked-about page of the year. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman
