Scott is telling us what is coming in Absolute Batman. It's such a big twist; he really isn't going to spoil it. Scarecrow broke him down, but he's built himself back up. He's going straight after Grimm #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman

Batman is going to confront Grimm in his Manor! #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman #comicsky

Absolute Batman #25 is really epic, and stuff happens that changes the course of the book. Reveals a lot more about Joker. Issue 25 is 30 pages. Why did they need the extra space? Asking Nick Dragotta and Frank Martin... #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman @ssnyder1835.bsky.social

Dragotta - There's only 3 scenes in the whole issue. Pivotal momenta for the characters. Can't say much, doesn't want to spoil it. This is just the first iterations of the Joker #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman

Frank Martin is speaking - it's almost the same, but I'm a different organization. Had to be sure to have the Joker colors on the page. Trying to be true to the lore, but in a more immediate way. Using what we know to communicate. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman

We're onto Absolute Batman Beyond ark M by @franktieri.bsky.social and @ffrancavilla.bsky.social! #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman

Scott - The whole world has so much history and lore, we want to give a sense of the mythology. This is the 13th Ark, his masterpiece. Theyll be going all around the world to see other Arks. #NYCC @ssnyder1835.bsky.social #Batman #NYCC2026

Regarding Arks, one is devoted to dark magic; all are devoted to different Joker experiments. Expect lots of character reveals. Frank Tieri- this is a world tour of different Arks. These arks will affect the entire absolute universe, not just Barman #NYCC #NYCC2026 @franktieri.bsky.social

They say the last page will be the most talked-about page of the year. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman

The Absolute Batman #26 - artist is revealed to be Cliff Chiang! #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman @ssnyder1835.bsky.social @cliffchiang.bsky.social

Scott says - Barbara steps up as the bat. Wants to find the truth about what happened to her father. #NYCC #NYCC2026 @ssnyder1835.bsky.social @cliffchiang.bsky.social #Batman

Scott confirms the hiatus is 1 issue. They will be back in January. Nick is taking a month off. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Batman #AbsoluteBatman @ssnyder1835.bsky.social

Superman #25 is now up, asking Jason Aaron questions. Brainiac has been the main enemy, so it's all been leading up to this. All 3 artists are working on this issue. #NYCC #NYCC2026 @jason-aaron.bsky.social @juanferreyra.bsky.social #comicsky

This is the final confrontation between Superman and brainiac. Asked Juan about why brainiac is so disturbing... He loves gross stuff. Why he does comics. It's a dream come true and he's trying to scare people as much as he can. #NYCC #NYCC2026 @juanferreyra.bsky.social

Juan says he scares his daughters with the art, ages 4 and 13, haha. @juanferreyra.bsky.social #NYCC #NYCC2026

They asked Jason what's next after brainiac...Superman goes into space #NYCC #NYCC2026 #comicsky

Taking him far beyond the moon into space. We'll know why in issue 25. Will start to jump around with time, Aaron said. @jason-aaron.bsky.social #NYCC #NYCC2026 #Superman

Next up, @cleanlined.bsky.social! Asking about Absolute Cheetah. There's a score to settle in Barbara's mind after being left behind by Diana. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #WonderWoman @kellythompson.bsky.social #comicsky

Hayden - Steve is coming up in the world, excited to explore more of the side cast characters. Hecete is playing more of a hand, making their presence known. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #WonderWoman @cleanlined.bsky.social @kellythompson.bsky.social

Design-wise, wanted her to have a beauty, ballet, theatrical quality. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #WonderWoman @cleanlined.bsky.social @kellythompson.bsky.social #comicsky

It's not a costume, it's incorporated into who she is. It's part of them and who they are. #NYCC #NYCC2026 #WonderWoman
