I'm sorry, I don't like how I've been acting here recently. I really don't like being like this, I will try to tone it back down. I wanna spend less time yapping about bad things and more time making stuff. but I don't wanna be silent and ambiguous anymore either.

I realised that me being somewhat quiet about things in the last few years resulted in certain people I worked closely with having a warped image of me. maybe the way I talked made me seem unopiniated, but I'm more just a coward who wants to avoid uncomfortable (but ultimately unavoidable) arguments

it really shouldn't have been a surprise to someone working with me for years that I strongly value certain things, but I guess it wasn't self-evident enough. though another reason why I was kinda quiet publicly was that I felt like a hypocrite, working on something that goes against my views

having said all that, I want to avoid being another person on the timeline posting about things I hate and how everything sucks. I'd rather share things that make me and others happy
